Use a bigger font for the song title at 2x

terminus-16 is exactly double tb-8's height (8px -> 16px), and also
pixlet's own documented default font for 2x displays -- a natural
choice for making the title genuinely bigger rather than just higher-
resolution. Title only, per request; artist/show/host/time stay at
their existing fonts. Applied to both the with-art and no-art-fallback
layouts for consistency, since it's the same title line either way.

Verified at 2x: title reads clearly larger, rest of the column (artist,
show/host, time/temp, progress bar) still fits within the available
height with room to spare. 1x unaffected (still tb-8).
