Keep corner tick line thickness at a fixed 1px, not scaled to 2x
tick_size (the bracket's overall footprint/position) still scales with `scale` so the ticks sit correctly in the corners at either resolution, but line_thickness is pinned to 1px per request rather than growing to match -- the ticks stay crisp/thin at 2x instead of thickening.
