Configure OpenClaw to use Ollama with llama3

Add environment variables to specify Ollama as the agent provider:
- OPENCLAW_AGENT_PROVIDER=ollama
- OPENCLAW_AGENT_MODEL=llama3
- OPENCLAW_OLLAMA_BASE_URL=http://ollama:11434
